Reservations, Cancellations

A credit card deposit or personal check (charge for one day) confirms full reservation.
Partial stays are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before intended arrival are refunded.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before intended arrival are not refunded unless we are able to re-book the accommodations.
All reservation changes and cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Reservation confirmed with credit card for cost of one night stay plus taxes/fees
A personal check to confirm (cost for one night's stay) may be mailed to us if you do not want to use a credit card.
Rates are $150.00 per night for a maximum of four people.
Taxes add 5.5%
Lodging fee per night $2.11
Rates, otherwise subject to change, lock in with a reservation and deposit.
Payment in-full will be charged upon arrival.

Check In 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please call to arrange for other check-in times.
Check Out 11:00 a.m.

We are able to accommodate children 16 and older.
We can assist with pet lodging if you request well in advance of your arrival.
Sheer Memories Guest House is smoke-free.
Should you choose to smoke there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee added to your bill.
